ORDER & SHIPPING

Q: How long does order processing take?

A: All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business 
days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed 
on the next business day. Orders are not processed 
on Sundays or public holidays.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days
 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all 
orders within the United States. There are no 
additional shipping fees at checkout.
 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 
A: Currently, we ship within the United States 
only. International shipping is not available 
at this time.
 

Q: How do I track my order?

 
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will 
receive a confirmation email with your tracking 
number. You can use this to track your order 
directly through the carrier’s website.

Claims submitted without photos or after
